Key ManagementWilliam W. Walker, Jr., President of Woodard Walker Associates, Inc., has twenty years experience in management consulting and in the telecommunications industry. His expertise is the application of management consulting methodologies to telecommunications analysis. With an established team of consultants, he oversees as well as performs client requirements analysis, procurement, and contract negotiations. Mr. Walker is an emeritus member of the Society of Communications Technology Consultants (fomerly the Society of Telecommunications Consultants) (see STC Code of Ethics). He has also been a guest speaker on telecommunications technology for the American Society of Association Executives, Washington, DC. He is listed in Marquis Who's Who In America. His telecommunications industry experience includes sales positions with U.S. companies which are now known as Siemens Corporation and Sprint Corporation respectively. He received his Master of Business Administration from the College of William and Mary, Williamsburg, Virginia, and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, NC.
